LEARNING CHANGES THE GAME WITH NASEF

NASEF capitalizes on interest-based learning, capturing student attention through Esports. We sought explicit connections between Esports and content standards (Next Generation Science Standards, English—Language Arts, International Society for Technology in Education, and Social Emotional Learning) and have developed curriculum for middle school and high school students in a variety of learning environments.  STEAM education is integrated with workforce sectors and industries in order to attract more students and create engaging, applicable courses.

Middle School

In partnership with the Orange County Department of Education (OCDE) and local middle school administrators and educators from Orange County, NASEF has published 9-week series of modules of integrated programs of study, focusing on esports as a means of facilitating transference of concepts and skills that incorporate CA CCSS, NGSS, ISTE and SEL standards that are appropriate for the target student demographic.

Career Technical Education

NASEF has created innovative and immersive career- and college-relevant education. These CTE educational programs or “grids” are purposefully aligned to the 15 Career Technical Education (CTE) pathways established by the California State Department of Education.
